The restaurant offers an experience built entirely around authentic local products from the Ribaritsa and Troyan region.
A one-of-a-kind "green cheese" in Bulgaria and Europe, made from local sheep's milk and aged in caves along the river; an abundance of wild mushrooms; blueberries, wild strawberries, blackberries and herbs straight from nature; vegetables, meat, potatoes, cheese, kashkaval (a firm yellow cheese) and milk raised and produced by local people.
